E3 Development was co-developer of the Union Mills 37 project in downtown Attleboro, MA. The project's historic brick structures, formerly known as the Robinson Buildings, once housed a number of jewelry manufacturers in a thriving district that helped make Attleboro the “Jewelry Capital of the World” in the late 19th century. This adaptive reuse project has brought the property back to life as a mixed-income rental development, with 59 new apartment units in a convenient downtown location next to Attleboro’s commuter rail station. This project is the first phase of redevelopment along Union Street, which is a City of Attleboro priority and part of a larger effort to revitalize the downtown area and attract new residents and new retail businesses.
