E3 Development and Tremont Development Partners are co-developers of the Overlook at Coes Condominium project in the Columbus Park neighborhood of Worcester. The project is a 10-unit affordable homeownership development that is part of the larger Lakeside Apartments redevelopment project, which will replace the aging public housing property with a new mixed-income community. The Overlook at Coes will create a pathway to homeownership for qualified public housing residents who are ready to transition to becoming owners. The project is under construction, with unit sales expected in winter 2027.
